Tummy ache

Hi there,

I have a question. I went to the gynecologist last week and she couldn't see a gestational sac yet, but my blood test confirmed I'm pregnant. So it's still very early. Clear Blue also showed 1-2 weeks.

But I've had some irregularity since last week, with some abdominal pain—not very severe, just very slight.

But yesterday I went to bed with my partner and it hurt a lot, really stabbing, so we stopped. After that, the pain went away, but that nagging feeling from before remained.

Does anyone know if that could be harmful?
