miscarriage or not

Hi everyone,
First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy.
My due date is May 2nd, and at the 6-week scan we heard a heartbeat, but last Friday (at 11.5 weeks) I had a spontaneous bleed, bright red blood, with a blood clot of about 2 cm....
The bleeding lasted all night when wiping, and some drops. By Saturday daytime the bleeding had already stopped,
Since then I've had some abdominal discomfort but it's not really contractions. I still have a bloated belly, feel nauseous every day, and still have sore, tight breasts from time to time, but I haven't lost any more blood.
I already have 2 children but never had a miscarriage before, and I'm wondering if I've had a miscarriage now, or if everything is still in my belly, including the embryo, and if I might still be pregnant? I have an appointment on Monday but every hour that passes is killing me. Any ideas?
