Early pregnancy symptoms

Hi everyone! I chat along in several forums but haven't found one yet about early pregnancy symptoms. I hear bits and pieces here and there, but I thought it might be nice to start a new thread. I'm curious what symptoms you all had in the first few weeks of your pregnancy.

    I had a lot of stabbing pain in my belly and severe back pain! Like period cramps were coming... but luckily I haven't had morning sickness yet

    I'm pregnant for the second time now. I've got a big appetite, but then sometimes I suddenly feel a bit nauseous and have no appetite at all. I already got constipated quite quickly, and I'm more irritable and tearful. Pretty fun for my boyfriend, haha. Because of that, he quickly suspected I was pregnant. Oh yeah, and I'm losing a lot of hair. With my first pregnancy, I was more nauseous, got headaches faster, and was also more tearful, but it's different now.

    I have sore breasts, sometimes sharp pains, waves of nausea, sometimes cravings and sometimes food just doesn't appeal to me.. mood swings.. me

    Glad you're responding! What a difference in symptoms, right? We're trying for our first baby and I notice that I associate every little pain or twinge with possibly being pregnant... This is round 4 for us, well actually 3 because after having the IUD removed, it took a month before I got my period again. My period is due on Thursday.

    For my period, I was just generally not feeling well. Runny nose, stomach ache, headache... and something inside me said I should take a test.
    That gave me a faint positive test, 3 days before my period. Now I'm 10 days late and therefore 5w3d pregnant.

    Lovely to read, ladies! I have my contractions on Thursday and can't wait! I've had some days with waves of breast pain and I feel like my twins are different. I also have diarrhea, rumbling, and cramps since today. Trying to wait until Thursday..

    Sore breasts can also be from your period coming, you know.. I hope it worked out for you! It's quite nerve-wracking waiting like that, huh Good luck on Thursday!

    Let's wait and see! I do feel like I'm going to get my period. I have that feeling in my lower abdomen, and since this afternoon, there's been a lot of white discharge.

    That could also be symptoms, I had them too at the beginning, but I didn't suspect I was pregnant yet so who knows!

    Well, let's hope so! I woke up this morning and thought I had started my period because I felt wetness. It turned out to be wet white discharge. In the morning I also had cramps, making me think it could happen any moment, but now I don't have any discomfort anymore. Just one more day! I did start a bit earlier last month with some brown discharge, and the next day, when my period was due, it really started to flow.

    Totally get what you're describing. That white discharge and cramps could be anything. I understand you're hoping everything will be okay. If you start doubting, just give your GP or midwife a call for peace of mind. Good luck with the waiting.
