Sweaty smell

Since the search function here doesn't really work, I'll just ask this way

I'm now a little over 11 weeks pregnant. The nausea is 90% gone, but for the past few days I've noticed that I start to smell really bad to myself as the day goes on.
I can wash and use deodorant in the morning, wear fresh clothes... and still, by mid-afternoon, I start to smell myself. I work an office job, so it's not that physically intensive, but I'm really bothered by it.
Hopefully, it's just me who smells it and not my colleagues (who maybe don't dare to say anything).

Does anyone else have this 'issue' or have any tips?
It's not really practical for me to go freshen up and change into new clothes at work during lunch...

When you get home, you could ask your partner if they can smell you too, I assume you trust them. Just to be safe, you could use Odorex ointment or spray, then you won't sweat at all or at least much less. By the way, it could also be due to yourself; pregnant women sometimes smell odors that others don't.

I have indeed noticed that the nose works quite well?
