Night shift allowance

Hey everyone,
Maybe one of you knows this or has experience with it. Due to my pregnancy, I no longer work night shifts, which means I'm losing part of my income. Does anyone know if you can apply for some kind of income compensation somewhere?

Not that I know of. I work in healthcare myself, and as far as I know, you only get the irregularity allowances for night, evening, and weekend shifts if you actually work them. Otherwise, you just get your basic salary—I'm afraid that's what you'll have to make do with. You could ask HR at your workplace about it, though; they should know if there are any specific rules for your field.
