Hi! I've only had one period since July. I have cramps and stabbing pains in my belly, I feel nauseous, my breasts are tender, I'm not eating much anymore, and I wake up crying from the pain in my belly. I'm losing a lot of weight, and my pee is dark yellow. My question is: am I pregnant?
