I got pregnant through hormone treatments at the hospital.
I knew exactly when my ovulation was and had sex for 3 days in a row starting the day before. And then it happened! -

The day of the test itself, so they can be quite precise
I only ever got 1 positive ovulation test per month (used for 2 months).
