A little blood with mucus

Hi everyone!
I'm Patricia and I'm 21 years old. This is my second pregnancy. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage during my first one when I was 5 weeks along. This is my second pregnancy, and I'm now 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Over the past few days, I've only had mild abdominal and back cramps, but it wasn't too bad, even though I was anxious. Today I went to the toilet and when I wiped, I saw light pink blood mixed with mucus, and then just a single streak of blood. Now, when I wipe, I'm glad to see nothing anymore. I also don't have any abdominal or back pain. Is this serious? Is this normal, or could it be a miscarriage? I'm still young, so I'm really scared =(

It doesn't have to be a big deal. I had some light bleeding during my first pregnancy and also at the very beginning of this one. Otherwise, everything was fine. So you don't need to assume the worst right away. The midwife said that as long as you don't have cramps in the first few weeks, a little bit of bleeding isn't a big deal.
