Could I be pregnant?

Hi everyone,

I'm dealing with the following:
My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now without success.
Every cycle I was convinced I was pregnant.
One time I had darkening around my nipples, another time I had some spotting in between, a few days late, etc. Unfortunately, it was always a disappointment after the test.
Now I'm in cycle 5 and I'm a few days late with the difference that I don't have period cramps. I had this for 2 days and it's already gone again after three days. I haven't been late for that long before.
So I don't feel like I'm going to get my period these days.

My partner also suddenly said this morning that my breasts had gotten a bit bigger.
I also did a few ovulation tests a few days ago as an early pregnancy test and the second line got darker and thicker every day.

Since I was so convinced I was pregnant the other times, I'm now afraid to do a real test.
I also don't really have symptoms except for occasional twinges in the uterus, bigger breasts, positive ovulation tests, and a bit darker nipples.

What do you guys think?

I've done the test now (ovulation and pregnancy) and got two thick lines for both. Couldn't be thicker

    I really can't believe it!

I should be 5 weeks by now and I don't feel anything at all, except for bigger breasts.
That seems strange to me, so I want to get it tested again by my GP.

I'm still not daring to be too happy unfortunately.

    Love
