    Congratulations!
First of all, you should just eat healthy, regular, and varied meals.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and make sure you drink enough water.
Having fries once in a while is not a big deal at all.
Just be careful not to eat for two; that's completely unnecessary.

When you search on Google, you'll find quite a few lists with what you can and can't eat.

Congratulations! How exciting! Well, girl, let me tell you, during the first few weeks of my pregnancy I also ate very neatly and drank fruit juice, but soon I started feeling like "mwa.." hihi. I preferred vegetables with potatoes and some meat, or a casserole, but I also went out to eat quite often and sometimes enjoyed a chip or a piece of chocolate. I have to say that I'm not really into salads, fruit, and all that. My baby is super healthy and was born weighing 4.5kg #ouch Ps this isn't because of my eating habits though (maybe..?) I'm tall and big myself.

Normally, just keep eating and don't go on a diet.
No red meat and be careful with certain types of fish.
Make sure eggs are well-cooked or boiled.
Two pieces of fruit per day and 2 to 3 dairy products per day.
Be careful with soda; it's better to drink water or green tea. I find Crystal Clear quite nice.

I take extra vitamins, but this isn't necessary of course. It just makes me feel better since I'm not much of a fish eater.

And otherwise, if you're in the mood for fries or pizza, just eat it!
