lots of hard contractions

I'm really struggling with hard contractions. Who else has this? My gynecologist says it's normal, but she keeps telling me to stay super calm.

Me too, I'm now 25 weeks and have had them since 17 weeks. It's completely normal! ;-) -

Yeah, I thought so. Isn't it a bit annoying sometimes? Well, we just have to accept it, right?
