Low HCG level

Hey ladies,
I found out last week that I'm pregnant after 3 positive tests whoa
Now I have a few friends who are pregnant and they all had a blood test done right away.
So I went to the doctor yesterday and got the result today.
My HCG level is 96...
The gynecologist said it's on the low side but it can still go either way.
She said she won't give false hope but you can certainly still hope.
My last period was April 2nd so I'm normally 5 weeks along.
but the gynecologist said implantation could have been later...
Now I have to go back in a week for a new test.
I sat here crying for an hour first but now I'm trying to toughen up (it's hard to sit locked up at my desk all day ;-) )
Does anyone here have experience with a low HCG early on but a good outcome?
I find it a bit sad because it overshadows the whole experience of being pregnant.
I want to be happy but on the other hand the fear is so big...

I had an hCG of 121 at 4/5 weeks, so it wasn't super high either... And now we're at almost a year!
Don't stress too much, girl, it could have been a later implantation. Next week your levels will definitely be much higher
