I don't care... but having your own little house is the foundation and stability for a baby.
And of course you can make baby stuff as expensive or cheap as you want, the baby room is bought so easily, that's not what it's all about.. -

Hi mom, we haven't told our parents yet because we first want to see if we can get pregnant. But since we know their opinion, it'll probably be fine. No, my boyfriend and I aren't together every day because he works 5 days a week. His parents are divorced but they have good contact. He lives with his dad, I still live at home. I hope you don't judge the choice we want to make, but think positively with us since we think we'll manage! -

Hey future mom,
I'm 22 myself and still feel pretty young, so maybe you think I'm talking nonsense, but I really think moms of little crumbs are right.
Having a baby is wonderful, and I think becoming a mother is also the most beautiful thing there is. But I'd really suggest looking for a place to live first, a nice spot for yourself, your partner, and eventually the baby. It's just nicer to already have a baby room, your own room, your own kitchen, and your own living room... No one telling you what to do, and if you want some peace and quiet, you can have it.
I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, but just think carefully about what you're doing right now. Whether it's really good for the baby later on, because I'm sure you want to give your baby the best, the most beautiful, and the nicest things.
I really hope you're pregnant, but if you're not, I'd suggest waiting a bit. You'll definitely be a great mom later on!

Hey mama 017, thank you so much for your replies! I totally get what you're all saying, and I'll definitely take your advice into account! We're planning to sort out our own little apartment within a year after our little one is born. I understand what you mean, but on the other hand, we also said we could manage with a slightly cheaper apartment before the baby arrives, so still our own little spot! (: -

You obviously have to figure it all out yourself, but I’d first go and try living together to see if it clicks. Only when you live together do you really know what you’re dealing with, and you still have your own little space, like Mommy017 says... I wouldn’t even think about moving in with my parents with a baby, and then moving again with a baby.
No, that’s really not fun at all... I’ve been through it all myself. I was also young, 19 years old, and really wanted to be a young mom... naive, of course.
If I could turn back time, I’d definitely handle it differently.
Fortunately, I got another chance. I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant
by the way, not the father of the twins, but I have a new boyfriend. -

I'm really so happy for you that you're already 9 weeks pregnant again, mom of.. (secretly very jealous)
But being a mom, just think carefully and do what feels right for you. I would also talk to your parents about it if I were you.. So you're sure they don't mind that you're going to live in their house for a few more months with a baby and your partner! I think they have the right to know since it's their house, you know?

Thank you, Mommy017! I also hope you get pregnant soon. Have you been trying for a while? -

Mama of,
Actually, not since last month. After last year's miscarriage, I just wasn't feeling it. But now it feels like I want nothing else.
My husband is luckily very patient with me, so we've talked about it together and we're taking it easy now. We're starting to talk about it again and not using condoms anymore.
So I really hope everything goes well this time! -

Okay, I hope it works out for you too, x
We took about 3 years!
Last year we had a miscarriage too..
I'm not really super happy yet, despite the good ultrasound with a beating heart. -

Hey girls, we're just going for the best outcome and I'll take all your advice! -

Mom-to-be, I get it.. After a miscarriage, you're bound to wonder if everything's okay, but don't worry, I believe it's going perfectly for you! You're going to have a super healthy baby soon!!
Hey future mom, are you pregnant or haven't you tested yet? You thought you were overdue, right?? -
Ment to be a mom started this #52
because the reason I'm also doubting is because I thought I was already 2 days late since it was supposed to be from Thursday to Thursday, which is exactly a month, but I only got it on Saturday.
so on March 28th I got my period and 2 weeks later I had a bleeding. now I have to say that bleeding was quite light as far as I remember, and on the 19th according to many calendars I should have had implantation between the 16th and 19th there's a 3-day difference but and I've also read that in some people the egg implants earlier than in others so how this could have happened I think I'm overdue? or should I stick to the date of April 16th? but the dates match 2 weeks after I got my period I did bleed I have to admit it was much lighter than usual I'm really in doubt and actually the bleeding was also much shorter and I also remember that it came with small period-like cramps that I never have and it started with brown spotting pff I really don't know anymore!
someone who can help! -

Hey future mom, have you tested yet or not? -

Hey mommy 017, no, I haven't tested yet. I'm really doubting whether I might already be pregnant! Since I calculated on different sites that April 16th was my implantation date, and on April 16th I got period-like symptoms but with brown bleeding. I didn't think much of it, but I do know it was much less.
If you had your period on March 28th, you can't get your period again on April 16th, 14 days later. Girls, am I late!? I've never had this before. Do any of you have an idea if I should test or not?
Love, -

Hey girls, I'd like to share some good news! I just had pink spotting this afternoon! After peeing while wiping, I noticed it. I've never had this before; it used to be red, pink, or brown, but never just pink. When I saw it, I was so happy because this could indicate implantation. Also, I've had a headache all day and my stomach has been rumbling quite a bit! -

It can go two ways. You don't always get implantation bleeding when you're pregnant.. Exciting -
Mama van #58
When are you going to test?
Not everyone gets implantation bleeding when they're pregnant.. -

Hey mom, I replied on the other forum too, everything's written out there hehe. Yeah, I've got two drops of brown spotting again. If it were my period, there'd be way more blood, and brown spotting is usually darker, so I can tell the difference. I've also had cramps today and a pressure feeling in my belly.
We're staying positive, but my gut says it's happening! -
Mama van #60
It could be, you know...
Last year I had implantation bleeding, I remember it well: 2 days of light pink discharge.
But unfortunately it turned out to be a miscarriage at 7 or 8 weeks.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you xx
