Implantation bleeding?

Hi! I'm a bit confused.. Do I have implantation bleeding or my period? My period ended 3 weeks ago & suddenly I have bleeding, I have the same pain as a period, lower back pain & stabbing in my lower abdomen. I only see blood when I need to pee & it looks completely different from my (normal) period.. I also have sore breasts & occasionally feel nauseous. Is there anyone here who has experience with this? Just want to know what this is.. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like clear implantation bleeding! I had exactly the same thing after 3 weeks from my last period! And then I was pregnant... Test in a week and you'll know for sure! -

For me, it lasted just one day. But I heard it can last up to 3 days.
