Pregnant wish

Hi all pregnant mamas!
Just a quick question, I'm Gymchick, 30 years old.
My husband and I decided on Dec 2nd that we wanted a baby. Since Dec 2nd, I've had the Gynefix coil removed. I'd even had the Mirena for 2x5 years before that, then the copper Gynefix for 2 months. My period started on Dec 11th. Three days later, I went online to check my ovulation. It said I'd ovulate on Dec 24th, and sure enough! On the exact 24th, the Clearblue digital showed a flashing smiley for ovulation (not the full smiley though!). I tested until the 30th, just purely to see if my cycle was working well! Now, on Jan 5th, I'm having severe lower abdominal pain, like there's a stone in there. My lower belly is bloated, and I'm usually very fit—I used to do fitness competitions until now, because I wanted to get pregnant. Yesterday, I had crazy stabbing pains in my left groin, fallopian tube.
I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and this is what came out: I really see a veeeery faint cross. I don't know if this could be pregnancy? What do you guys think? Greetings, Gymchick
