Positive test, but no feeling of being pregnant

Hi girls,
A few months ago I had a positive test (it was digital), but after a blood test it turned out to be negative.
We went back to renovating afterwards, and after not getting my period for 2 weeks, I took another test, which was positive again. But I don't feel pregnant at all; it would be about 6 weeks along tomorrow.
I'll do another test before going back to the doctor, so I don't get told again that it's negative.
A few days ago I had some lower abdominal pain, but nothing more.
So I expect it to be negative again.
Such uncertainty.

That's tough for you. I only know from myself that during this pregnancy I also didn't feel pregnant at all. I got a positive test on the 4th day after my period. So I only knew because of the positive test. No other symptoms at all. I hope you get clarity soon.
