born way, way too early..

Hey everyone..

On November 1st, our second daughter and little sister Ziana was born at 28 weeks of pregnancy.. a baby girl weighing just 990 grams and measuring 35 cm..

We recognize this journey from 7 years ago.. when our first daughter Xiomara was born at 30 weeks of pregnancy.. she weighed 1200 grams and was 38 cm long... Xiomara had to stay in the hospital for 11 weeks, it was a tough time but after 3 months our little girl was finally allowed to go home.. she weighed 2650 grams and was 45 cm long then
