What kind of sensation does it give when you push down on your lower belly?

What do you mean by that? Maybe you could first explain what you're feeling so other ladies can confirm if it's relatable. -

At 5 weeks, I don't think there's much to feel yet

Well, I really do feel something. I'm also 5 weeks along. I feel a bit of a stretching sensation down in my belly, kind of like muscle soreness. A bit like period cramps that don't quite come through. My breasts are sore too. Other than that, I haven't had any other symptoms.
