When multiple tests show negative, it’s probably not the case, but... you can always get a blood test from your GP, and they can more accurately determine if you’re pregnant. Of course, there could also be many other reasons why you’re feeling this way—flu, stress, and your imagination playing tricks on you can make you think you’re pregnant and feel all sorts of things.
