Félien or Floor?

    Sure, I’ve got a bit of time.
    Liking everything is the story of my life, so I guess it’ll keep being that way. Just once, I’ll cut the knot.
    Floor: tough, Lune: hip, Félien: beautiful?
    Or are they just completely different names for other reasons?

    I just find it all sounding so very different. It's just a little twist in my own head.
    Our list was quite varied too. Félien was on it, for example. But my husband liked that name less than my other two chosen names. In the end, the choice was made quickly since there was already another Ella and there's an Elle in the family too
    I won't say our name yet, you'll have to wait another 4 weeks or so if you want to know
    This is, of course, if it's a girl.
    For a boy, Alex and Matteo were ruled out, so quite varied again .
    The names have been lying around here for quite a while, hence my question

    Haha, so relatable. And every name is worth it for its own special reasons. It also depends on your mood, doesn't it? Good luck with the final touches, and it's great that you've already chosen the names!

    I think Félien is beautiful because it has two syllables! I’m not really a fan of short (one-syllable) names. I often find them so unfinished.
    For example, I think Elin is much prettier than Lynn.
    Still, I think Floor is an exception... I wouldn’t choose that name myself, but as one of the few one-syllable names, I do like it!
    I can imagine it’s a tough choice...

    Are they over it already? I’d choose Floor because Felien doesn’t sound nice for a little girl, only for a woman.

    Felien and Floor are similar types of names. Hard to choose. Deciding factor: do they fit the surname? Preferably one or two syllables? Otherwise, I wouldn't know. I think both names are nice for any age.

    Isn't Felien much cuter because it's more hip? Floor is old-fashioned.

    Floor!
    Elegant, timeless, a name with power, and less common than Noor.
