What was that?

It could be either. The only clear answer you can get is from the doctor, simple. Good luck.

I think if it were a miscarriage, you would have lost more blood, clear blood. Then it really wouldn't have just stayed at that "clump". And it could very well just be semen, girl. Maybe he had a slightly bigger load this time :-) and that pinkish color would then be minimal bleeding from a small blood vessel that got irritated. Anyway, it doesn't sound like a miscarriage to me; I've had two myself this year..

Strength, and stay positive as long as you don't have certainty!

Thank you! It's all so exciting too! My partner said she expected more bleeding with a miscarriage. But I've never had such a large clot that it sank.. Waiting is the only thing I can do, but it's nice to be able to share and hear others' experiences. It's my first pregnancy. One moment I'm positive, and the next I could cry.

It's so sad that you've had 2 miscarriages.. It must be really hard to process that. I hope you're doing okay and that it works out soon..

We all know that uncertainty, and it's totally normal, especially if you haven't had your ultrasound yet.
I've worked through it by now, but deep down I'm still sad about it, of course.

Let us know when you have more news? Do you still feel pregnant?
  4. Anonymous Guest #5

I'll definitely let you know! Yes, I do feel pregnant because of my sore and bigger breasts, the folic acid/vitamin pill I take daily, and the fatigue. But having a baby is something I've always really wanted in life, and it still feels surreal that I'm now on my way to fulfilling that wish.

I think the ultrasound, if it goes well, will make it sink in more. I'm super happy right now, but I'm also trying to keep things in check, just in case something goes wrong or if it does go wrong.

So I'm really looking forward to it at the moment.

I can totally imagine that, despite the joy, you're also keeping in mind that everything is still quite new..

Hope you have some beautiful ultrasounds ahead!

I'd let you know.. The ultrasound was completely fine!

Good for you! How far along are you now?

That's awful how you describe everything.
Try to stay calm no matter how hard it is.
If everything is fine, don't worry too much about all those negative emotions—they go to the baby, no matter how small.

According to the ultrasound, I'm about 6 weeks and 3 days.. Shorter than expected.. They couldn't tell exactly yet.. At 12 weeks they'll know more precisely I'm really so relieved!

    That's great! Now enjoy it!!

That's great! I can imagine you're happy and relieved. Enjoy this moment and remember, things usually work out better than they seem. Congratulations on the happy news! And to the little miracle in your belly
