Pregnant?

Hi everyone,
I just had a quick question.
I always take the pill but had an antibiotic course 2 weeks ago. (Had sex with my partner at that time.)
I normally have my pill-free week around this time of the month, but this time I kept taking the pill continuously.
Now I'm mainly feeling nauseous in the afternoon and evening, and I have terrible period-like pain in my stomach and lower back pain.
I don't know if there's a chance I'm pregnant, or if my body is just used to the pill-free week. And since I've never been pregnant before, I wouldn't know when to test because I always take the pill.
What do you think?

Do you have swollen breasts or just really sore breasts? Uhh, do you feel more emotional? Check if you have your period in your next stop week...
