Hi ladies!!

I've got a question that's been on my mind for a long time and thought I'd ask you here.
Who drank coffee during pregnancy (and how much) and has a good sleeper or rather a bad sleeper.

well, I don't think it makes much difference. My mom drank 3 cups, my little brother slept well but was an early bird. My sister was the same but a heavy sleeper.

I've had quite a bit of coffee too. My girl is 6 weeks old now but sleeps like an angel.

I think the point is that you don't know in advance how sensitive your baby will be to it.
Just for that reason, I've cut down from 6 cups of coffee to
    3 cups a day.
Plus, the baby might experience restlessness in the womb due to caffeine.
But I'm very addicted to coffee, so going from 6 to 3 is quite a challenge for me.
But I'm doing it for my little one

I drank coffee regularly, but not in large amounts. I did drink a lot of tea though. That also contains caffeine. My girl is 3 months old and sleeps really well!

I haven't had coffee or black tea (only rooibos), and occasionally had a little cola, but that was really just once in a while at a café or something. My baby isn't a great sleeper, so it didn't really help. But I wasn't really doing it for that reason anyway; I just didn't want to do it because it didn't seem healthy for her.
