Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone!
I'm 18.
I've been with my boyfriend for 1 year and 1 month; he's 21.
We're ready to become parents, even though we're still young.
We've been trying for a while now, but I'm not getting pregnant quickly.
We've already been tested and everything looks fine.
But it's still taking so long.
Lately, I've had stabbing pains in my left breast and in my lower abdomen that pull towards my vagina.
I didn't feel great the day before yesterday.
And today I've had some issues with my bowels.
Normally, I should get my period tomorrow.
What do you think?
Could I be pregnant this time?

    I'd wait and if you haven't had your period, I'd take a test.

    I still don't have my period, but I want to wait a little bit longer before taking a pregnancy test.
    Because if it's nothing after all, it'll be another big disappointment????

    By the time you're overdue, you're already at least 4 weeks pregnant.
    You could take a test as early as tomorrow.


    When was your last period?

    My last period was from July 22nd to July 26th.

    You're not overdue yet, girl.

    You should get your period on August 22nd
    So wait 4 more days
    If you haven't gotten your period on August 22nd or 23rd
    I'd take a test on Tuesday, August 25th

    If you were due for your period on July 22nd
    Then you should be due for your period again on August 22nd..
    So that means you're not overdue
    That's how the app calculates the cycle
    But that probably isn't accurate
    You should get your period in 4 days
    So just wait a bit after August 22nd
    I'd take a test on Monday, August 24th if your period doesn't come
    If you test negative, wait a week
    If you are pregnant, then contact a midwife

    The symptoms you mention could just as well be signs of your period coming
    I know you want it so much
    But stay realistic
    You still have to wait for your period, wait, wait, and wait some more
