hi everyone
I hope you can help me.
I have a very irregular menstrual cycle. usually I'm between the 1st and the 10th of the month on my period sometimes even a bit later. but my symptoms are always the same like breast tenderness, and severe cramps. also I always have very heavy bleeding on the first day of my period.
Since today I've had brown spotting when wiping, I also had a little bit of brown discharge on my panty liner (sorry for the gross details). I have lower back pain, and 4x diarrhea today. And I feel very lethargic, I feel like I have to lift 100 kilos off my body.
Do you know what symptoms these are?
Maybe one of you has experience with this, I hope at least, because I've never had this before
