Glad to hear you're feeling a bit reassured, Brigitte! Lucky no PCOS! Hopefully it'll work out soon. Indeed, it's good to let things rest, even if that's easier said than done ;-). Let us know the results of the blood tests when you get them? I'm curious!
Everything's good here. I got my period yesterday, and it was really, really heavy! I used to get my period occasionally while on the Mirena, but nothing like this. Glad my body is getting into the swing of things now :-).
How's everyone else doing?

Hi there,
Just got a call about the blood test results—nothing to see, everything normal, no weird stuff. Male hormone slightly elevated but nothing alarming.
So according to the gynecologist, I should wait another month for my period. If it doesn’t come, I’ll go back and they’ll give me something to induce it.
What a weird body I have... I was so happy after waiting 2 months after getting the IUD removed to finally get my period so I could track something... and after 2 periods, same situation again—nothing, nothing.
Ugh, I’m already glad there’s nothing wrong, but this isn’t fun either.
As I promised myself, let go of the whole thing and focus on other things, so that’s what we’ll do....
Love to everyone, talk soon

Hi Brigitte, no, it's not nice... I know that insecurity well, it feels truly awful... I really hope it happens soon for you, or not, but then for a different reason ;-)
I also saw you in the other forum, nice!

Hi
I’m 38 weeks pregnant with my third child. There’s quite a big age gap between the youngest and this one. -
brigitte #25
Hi Ivonne,
Nice to have a little one back! Were you pregnant quickly, and what's the age difference with the youngest?
So, 2 kids—that must be a fun and exciting time for you both.

Hi
I also have a daughter who's 19 and a son who's 14, so at first I was early, and now it's a bit later hahaha. It didn't take long for me to get pregnant again. I stopped the pill about 4 months ago, so it was pretty quick. -

Hey Ivonne,
It's a bit like with my kids, was there very early too and now again a bit later.
I have a son of 20, daughter of 18, daughter of 16, and the youngest daughter 9, I'm 39 myself. And now already in the 4th official round. I have some problems with MS that went away last time was in May. But just had a full check-up plus blood test and everything was great. So now just taking it easy and we'll see how it goes.
Love,

That's so nice to read. I'm a bit scared of outside reactions. I've only told it inside the house so far and want to tell everyone after the first check-up. Hope you get pregnant soon. -

Read that if you've had an IUD, I've also heard that it can take a bit longer for your period to become regular again. -

Hi there, I'd love to join in the chat too. I'm 32, have an 8-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, and we're now hoping for a little miracle from us together. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage in January and May. My due date is July 24th. I really hope this month is the one where it sticks and that everything goes well!! -

Hi ladies,
I'd also like to join in the chat.
I'm 35 and have a 6-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son.
Now I'm feeling a bit excited about having a third child.
There's still some hesitation, but if it does happen, we'll start trying again after the summer.
With many couples, you see that there are more years between the second and third child, but given my age, that won't be possible here.
Does anyone have experience with this?
Greetings and good luck to everyone! -

Hi ladies,
I’d also like to get pregnant, but I’m already 35 and will be 36 in two weeks. We were supposed to get married in July and started taking fertility medication a month before that. Due to circumstances, we’ve had to postpone the wedding to late September. Now I’m faced with a dilemma: should we delay trying to conceive until after the wedding, or keep trying anyway? What are the pros and cons? The only downside is that my bachelorette party is in September, so I wouldn’t be able to drink. What would I even say to my friends? And if I get pregnant in August, would I be too sick from morning sickness to enjoy the wedding?
But maybe delaying pregnancy for two months feels too long, especially since I probably won’t conceive easily anyway and I’m almost 36. I’m not sure if it’s practical to be pregnant at your own wedding. It’s a tough choice. I’d love to hear your thoughts. Advice and tips are welcome!

Hi ladies, I signed up here but haven't chatted much yet... So I'll be reading along a bit more often now.
Jessie, it's amazing you have such a big family!
Danishka, that's indeed a tough dilemma. I also get your sense of urgency; I never had that feeling before, but now that I'm 36, every month feels significant. It's a personal choice, though. Would you mind not being able to drink? For me, it wouldn't matter at all. You don't have a big belly yet, so you won't have any issues with that. And how you'll feel, you never know beforehand. I started trying to get pregnant... -

Exciting due date, when is yours?
We came home from vacation on Sunday morning, that was on CD 13. That day we started with ovulation tests but they were blank. The next day too, I missed my peak because on Monday I had terrible cramps and some bleeding and mucus at night, so I got my period. Luckily we still had a nice time on Monday evening. So now waiting for the due date: Aug 5....
Jessie, what lovely! I read that it's also multicultural in your home. My husband is from Costa Rica and I'm Dutch with a quarter Moluccan background... -

Hi hi,
Exciting moon! I'm crossing my fingers! My due date is Saturday, August 8th. It was also "cozy" during my fertile days here, so waiting with bated breath! :-)
