miscarriage and getting pregnant again

kyra
I recently had a miscarriage when I was five weeks pregnant.
I'm now experiencing the same symptoms as I had back then when I was pregnant. I don't want to test yet—I'd like to wait a bit—but I want to know if it's possible to get pregnant so soon. I had the miscarriage on May 1st.
I'm 39 years old, and this would be my first pregnancy.
Does anyone here have experience with this?????

    Hi,

That's really tough, girl. I had a miscarriage in April... Two weeks later I thought I was pregnant again—same symptoms, feeling nauseous—but it wasn't. Two weeks later I got my period. Not to discourage you, though, because you could still be pregnant.
I think it's probably good for your body to get your period one more time. Good luck, girl. I hope you're pregnant.
