Wishing for a baby with a new, younger boyfriend.

I'm a carefree woman, 41, almost 42, and have been in a really good and happy relationship with my 27-year-old boyfriend for two and a half years. From a previous relationship, I have a son who is almost 15, and he gets along wonderfully with my new boyfriend. I consciously started the conversation with my boyfriend to find out if he still has a desire for children... He's open to it, but prefers not to do it right now. For me, there's really no waiting time left... If we want to do it, it's now or never... It seems truly fantastic to me, but it would completely turn my world upside down.. Has anyone here experienced this? And how did you experience it??
