2 weeks of sore breasts.

I've been having painful breasts for a few months now.
It starts after my ovulation and lasts until my period.

Are there other women with this issue? Does it indicate something?

Thanks in advance!

I think the change in your hormone levels causes your breasts to swell, which makes them sore. Besides wearing a good bra during these days, there's not much you can do.....

So relatable, I have exactly the same!
I also have two bra sizes in my closet, a larger cup for after ovulation—they’re not only more sensitive but also bigger then..
No idea what it means or what you can do about it! But it is annoying...

Oh yes, I notice that size difference too.. indeed very annoying.
I have an appointment with the doctor this week and will definitely ask about it.

I've already tried evening primrose oil. This is supposed to help with all discomforts around the menstrual cycle. Well, not for me haha!

I'm curious what the doctor will say. I also tried evening primrose oil for a while but didn't notice anything... so I stopped using it too. What a waste of money!

Indeed, I didn't notice anything either..
I'll post a little message on Friday about what the doctor said!

Same here, more sensitive breasts after ovulation, unfortunately not much you can do about it.

I asked the doctor. He also said that this is really part of the hormone fluctuations. Nothing to worry about!
