Relationship doubts?

Hi everyone, I'm Eva, 25, and I've been with Hans for 7 years. We've been married for 2 years and have been trying for a baby for almost 2 years now. We're probably going to start with IUI soon; we're both healthy and fertile.

Now I'm noticing that our relationship is under quite a bit of pressure, and sometimes I feel like we're more likely to divorce than to have a baby I know I'm dealing with my hormones, and he's not exactly the easiest person either. Does anyone have tips on how to handle this?? I love my husband so much, but on some days, the negative outweighs the positive.

All advice is welcome!!

An IUI journey is quite an intense experience, especially emotionally. Having a baby together is also a major life change and can be pretty heavy at times, besides being really lovely. If you're doubting your relationship, make sure you keep talking to each other. Share your fears and worries. Maybe it's just your hormones, or maybe your husband is also scared about what's coming. Go to couples therapy if needed, but at least try to make sure your relationship is strong before you start trying for a baby, because a divorce and a little one doesn't sound like your ideal future to me. Usually, you want to do that as a family together. Good luck, and remember that hormones can sometimes make you feel pretty crazy, causing you to see bears on the road that aren't actually there. So definitely keep talking—that's the most important thing.
