    Glad it's all been talked about!

    @madelene I agree with you!

    Anonymous, that's so nice that you were able to talk it through well.
    Now comes the hardest part, which is letting go and forgetting. It might take a while, but as long as you both keep talking about it, it'll all work out fine! >

    Your man can say whatever he wants. He's wrong. Period. You really don't get texts like that just like that! With me, he hadn't even had his birthday yet, and especially not because you're pregnant with his kid. Hormones have nothing to do with it. This is not pure nonsense!

    I agree too, Roos. I wouldn't have to try either, by the way. Luckily, my husband and I have the same standards.

    @anoniem. I have the same kind of relationship agreement as Madelene, but that’s more because I really don’t see myself having male friends—that’s always been the case since I was 16. So the fact that they have that agreement is personal, and everyone is free to arrange their life however they want. We don’t feel the need for contact with people of the opposite sex; my parents, for example, do have such contacts and have been monogamously married for almost 50 years.
    Whenever my husband says things like that, or hears them, I find it disrespectful.

    You’ve gotten so much advice now... you need to figure it out together. Good luck, girl!
