Pregnant or not

Hey,

I'm now 5 days overdue today. I've taken several tests but they've all been negative. I'm having severe pelvic pain, especially when standing up from a sitting position; I feel sharp stabs in my pelvis. I'm also having a lot of trouble with my lower back, my veins are showing more, my nipples are bigger and the milk glands around them are enlarging, and I have severe headaches every day. For the past few days, I've also been losing clear mucus in the morning in long, stretchy strands. Normally, I'm very punctual and always get my period on the 24th. I know that with my first child, I had a longer cycle too; the gynecologist thought I was a week further along, but when he looked at the ultrasound, it turned out I was a week less along. I've also had diarrhea in the morning since yesterday morning. Since this morning, I've been to the toilet twice again with severe stomach cramps and again with clear mucus strands. I'm not asking you if I'm pregnant or not, but I just want to know if there are others who had these symptoms and turned out to be pregnant anyway? I'm going to the GP for a blood test later. Because I've lost hope with all those negative pregnancy tests. Hopefully, I'll finally get the right result. My friend and I are eagerly waiting, hoping that it's all worked out after round 1
