DON'T KNOW WHERE TO POST THIS, SO I'LL JUST PUT IT HERE, SORRY IF THIS IS IN THE WRONG SECTION!
Hi, I'm 23 years old, and proud mom of a daughter who's almost 8 months old. I went back on the pill after my pregnancy, although I got pregnant with Charlotte despite being on the pill. Last month I had sex with my boyfriend, but afterwards I started thinking that I had diarrhea for 2 days that week and had to throw up, so I'm afraid my pill didn't work properly back then. I went to get the morning-after pill, but I'm afraid I took it just a bit too late. We're about to try to buy a house, but financially we're really stretched thin; half the months we can barely make ends meet... I don't know if I'm imagining it, but I'm starting to recognize symptoms of my first pregnancy, except for the awful nausea... I'm also about 2 weeks late now, although I do have my period irregularly every now and then... I really don't know what to do, my boyfriend would go crazy if I had to tell him, let alone telling my family and friends. I hope some moms here can reassure me or give me some advice. I'm definitely going to take a pregnancy test tomorrow, but I'm really going crazy with my own thoughts right now... Thanks in advance if anyone responds...

Go ahead and take a test to start. If you're pregnant, pop by your GP to discuss what makes sense—maybe that's a good idea??
Anxiety and uncertainty can also delay your period, so start with a test.

Yeah, it's best to test first. Then you can think about how you want to handle it further. If it's negative, you can wait a bit to see if your period comes or not
I wish you all the best of luck!

Did a test this morning, negative. If my period doesn't come this week, I'll do another test next week, otherwise I'll go to the doc... Thanks for the replies.
