Maybe he just needs some time to process it. He has to make his choice, and men tend to withdraw instead of talking, unlike us women. If he's a real man, he'll be there for you soon.
If you can have sex, you can make babies, and then you can also take care of them, I think, right?
But it must feel so uncertain for you, with so little control over the situation. We're hoping for the best for you!

Yeah, Bertha, that's what they say, but he was actually quite the talker, but yeah, maybe not this time.
I've told myself now to just let it go for a bit and see how it goes. I shouldn't worry too much about it, otherwise I'll just go crazy. I need to think about myself and my kids; they need their mom, and I'm going to do that for them, with or without him, no matter how hard it gets.
I'm going to assume the worst-case scenario, so if he does decide to stay, it'll be a pleasant surprise. If not, I'll already be prepared, so the blow won't be as hard. I'm going to enjoy a nice weekend with my kids and hope that April 2nd comes quickly so I can get another ultrasound. Then I'll see if my little one has grown, and I can really start enjoying it.
After that, I'll announce it to my family and friends. I think he's had enough time to think about it, and then it's our turn to make it public. -

That's how it is, Roos.
You've looked into it well, you really do need to be there for your other children too.
You have to keep going and stay strong.
Wishing you lots of strength with the situation,
and it will all work out, really.
Fortunately, you're seeing it from the right perspective.
And what's most important now.
Have a nice evening.
Greetings, Madelene -

I think you're super strong and brave, and a top mom! Kids first, and everything will work out. No matter what. Have a nice weekend with the kids, find some good distractions for them. -

First of all, I always played it safe

I only have 1 ovary and have a cyst on my other ovary. I'm using the pill with extra hormones for my cyst, and those hormones make my ovary "loose," so to speak, so that the cyst doesn't grow. I also use condoms, and I didn't expect to get pregnant at all because it's written in black and white that it's no longer possible. -

Hi ladies,
Here I am again with an update.
I had a good talk yesterday evening, and my boyfriend finally came to the conclusion that he should never have asked me that, even though we've been together for a short time.
So I can tell you that we're continuing together, with my two sons, his daughter, and our little miracle.
This is such a relief for me. I had already decided to keep the baby and kick him out, but I'm glad to have someone by my side who finally has his eyes open. Thursday is the next ultrasound—I can't wait! -

Hi everyone!
Yes, it's definitely a nice feeling.
I'm super happy; tomorrow I'll be 10 weeks pregnant and enjoying every bit of it.
Last Friday, I heard the baby's heartbeat—it was still quite deep, but we could hear it. On May 21st, I'm having the 12-week ultrasound. I'm so curious to see how big the baby already is. Once I have the ultrasound, I'll post a photo

I'm almost 5 weeks pregnant and since this morning I've been having morning sickness. I suddenly got dizzy, broke out in a cold sweat, had a bit of diarrhea, and then threw up. Since then, I've felt really weak, have zero energy, and also have some stomach discomfort, probably from vomiting. I'm trying to eat small things, but it's not going away. What else I've noticed is that the middle and left side of my lower belly feel quite tense. Is this due to the pregnancy? Is it a normal pregnancy or a blighted ovum? I have to wait 3 weeks for the first ultrasound. -

Hi almost-mama!
It could be that your blood pressure is too low, which might be the cause of the dizziness and lack of energy—I’ve had that issue too.
But if you’re not feeling confident about it, I’d still suggest popping by the doctor just in case you’ve caught a flu or something. -

Hi ladies,
I have a few questions for you. I'm only just 5 weeks pregnant, but I already have a pretty noticeable bump that people can see I'm pregnant, and we don't have to see the doctor until 3 weeks from now. So basically, we have to keep quiet until we're sure the baby is still there. I'm wondering if there are other ladies in this situation. I really need to figure out what clothes to wear. And lately I've been having quite a bit of hardening of the abdomen, especially in the evenings and sometimes at night. I try to massage it away, but it doesn't go away immediately. My belly also looks unevenly swollen; usually my left side is bigger than my right, and very occasionally it's the other way around, but mostly it's the left side. And when I rub it, it feels a bit tender, like there's something there. Could it be the baby, or not? I'm only losing white discharge, no blood, so I'm holding on to that. Do you have any advice on this? At the slightest thing, I think about a miscarriage. I'm so scared that our first ultrasound won't go well. At 4/5 weeks, my blood test showed a value of 5219. -

Hi!
Yes, things are good here. I'm almost 11 weeks now and feeling really nauseous. My boyfriend and I are doing okay now, not completely yet because he doesn't really think much about my pregnancy yet. I hope that changes soon so we can enjoy it together.
I'm just waiting calmly for now, which is hard, but I'm taking it one step at a time with him.
Hey sweetie,
Maybe you could ask to reschedule the appointment and have the ultrasound earlier? I had mine at 6 weeks because I really wanted to know for sure if I was pregnant. You can always try, and if you mention your suspicions, they might let you come in earlier.
I also had a little bump at 5 or 6 weeks, but that was due to bloating from my intestines, so that could be it too.
But if I were you, I'd call and ask if you can come in earlier. -

Hi ladies, here's a message from my side.
Everything is going well here, I'm facing it all alone though, he's left the picture.
I'm so happy to be keeping this baby and standing by myself. On May 21st I'll have my 12-week ultrasound and can't wait, looking forward to it with so much anticipation. -

Oh, that’s tough that you’re going through this alone, but better alone than in a relationship that drains so much energy.
Have fun at your ultrasound! Keep enjoying your little miracle.
