just to introduce myself

Hi, I'd like to introduce myself.
I'm 20 years old and a mom to a 6.5-month-old boy. Completely unexpected, but I'm so happy about it! The first few months were tough because he was (and still is sometimes) a crying baby. I'd love to share experiences and have some cozy chats!

    Hi mom-to-be, welcome
Nice that you're joining in the chat here.
It's really a very nice and cozy forum.
Yeah, it's tough, right? At the beginning, it's not easy, you always have to find your way in motherhood.
But the older they get, the easier it becomes.
According to my parents, I was also a crying baby when I was younger.
There was no way they could calm me down. My mom was happy if I kept my eyes closed for 10 minutes.
That's also why there's a 13-year gap between my sister and me. At that time, my mom didn't even think about having a second child.
But anyway, luckily my girls weren't crying babies. Could have been because I was one myself.
They slept through the night from 3 months old.
Exactly by the book, so to speak.
They only cried when they were hungry or needed a diaper change.
Well, that was a long story, this is how you get to know each other, right?
    Greetings, Madelene

That was the case here too during the first few months; I didn't sleep and was single at the time, so it was a really tough time haha! He always wanted more than he could do himself; every time I could see he wanted to say something but couldn't, and he got so angry. But it was all worth it! Now he can play happily and laugh. It's nice to sleep through the night at 3 months haha; he only started doing that at 5/6 months here. I'm still trying to figure out his feeding schedule though; he can eat so much at once ;-).
