I'm 4 days overdue but I'm having pretty bad cramps (they feel like period cramps) and I also have a wet feeling, like urine is dripping.
My question is whether anyone has had similar symptoms and still turned out to be pregnant.

No, I don't recognize that. I had extreme hunger and felt a bit dizzy. The cramps you describe, I only felt those later on. I noticed those symptoms 4 days before I was overdue. But for you, it could still be a pregnancy with completely different symptoms. Not all women have the same symptoms.
