I don't think so either, since you're still bleeding. My cycle was quite off with an MC of 8 weeks. The first two were 5 weeks and then 4 weeks.

I had a D&C after 12 weeks. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for my body to recover, and then 4 weeks for my cycle to return. That was pretty much true, because I only got my period again 6 weeks after the D&C. On the ultrasound 1 week after the D&C, there was a large follicle visible, as if ovulation was approaching. But I think this was due to pregnancy hormones. By the way, ovulation tests can also show positive results due to pregnancy hormones.

Your situation is different, but I do think it takes time to recover before you can have a good, healthy pregnancy and implantation.
