intimate little problem

Good evening, I have a bit of an intimate problem. I'm now 30 weeks pregnant with my second baby, but whenever I have sex with my husband, afterwards the bottom part is completely swollen and painful. Fortunately, the pain goes away after a while (about 2 days), but it remains somewhat swollen. Does anyone here have experience with this? I've read a bit about it, but I'd love to hear personal experiences, whether there's anything you can do about it, etc....

I totally recognize that swelling at the bottom. I never really had pain, but it was still a bit more sensitive overall. It’s such a huge change what your body goes through, right?
I sometimes just held a cold washcloth against it right after, which helped me. That swelling only went down after my delivery, so it was clearly temporary. -

Thanks for the tip, Katrien, I think that's probably the only thing that could help.
Let's just assume it'll go away on its own, though it is a bit annoying... And anyway, things are a bit different now with the big belly getting in the way "between the sheets"... hihihi -

Sounds really unpleasant and painful.
I don't have any personal experience with it myself, never had anything like that.
Maybe you should still check with your GP.

Yeah, that stupid GP is of course on vacation again... but yeah, maybe if it persists... -

That's really tough. Did you just see that? Do you need the doctor? Are they not there to help you?
Well, anyway, strength with it. I don't really have any tips. Hope it goes away soon.
