Introductions
Pregnant

Hi everyone, I'm Lisa and I'm 36, my husband is 37 and we have two kids, aged 7 and 4. We decided a few months ago to go for a third baby.
I had my IUD removed and got my period straight away the first week. The first cycle took about 1/5 of a week before I got my PERIOD and the second one was exactly 28 days later. Now I should be getting my PERIOD for the third time, but that would have been last Wednesday. We haven't tested yet, we're waiting a few more days. Of course, that's nonsense really, whether it ends up being a disappointment or not, but you know, that's just how it is in your head.
I feel like I might be pregnant, tender breasts (but well, I have those for 2 weeks out of the month anyway), cramps in my tummy (could also be my intestines).
It's also the hoping. I don't expect it to happen so soon, just 3 months after removing the IUD. I'm not exactly young anymore either.
No one in our circle knows we're trying, and it's quite hard to talk about it, which is why I opened this thread.
Cheers, Lisa
