Hi everyone, I'm Samantha, 25 years old, and I live with my 37-year-old boyfriend and our 3.5-year-old son.

Since January, we've decided to try for a second baby. It's all very exciting, especially since our first one came along after I was on the pill. I didn't even realize I was pregnant until I was four months along! So this is a completely new experience for us. When I stopped taking the pill, I thought I'd get pregnant right away, but that didn't happen. We're now on our fifth round and starting to lose a bit of hope. I'm hoping to get some answers and support here.

Love, Samantha

    Hi Samantha,
That’s so exciting for the second one! For most couples, it takes an average of a year to get pregnant. So keep hoping. As easy as that sounds..
We’ve been trying for 7 months now, and I also lose hope sometimes. But try to stay positive, girl!

Hi Sjors, it's indeed super exciting, hehe! I'm now in my 6th month and have put it out of my mind. I'm actually not really dealing with it anymore. The stress and disappointment were driving me crazy, so yeah. Is this your first time? I hope it works out quickly for you
