Milk isn't as healthy as it used to be anymore.

We're familiar with that too. Our guys only drink organic milk (if they drink milk at all), but when eating, they mostly have fruit juice (e.g., orange juice so they absorb more iron). Milk is indeed full of hormones and antibiotics, and from an evolutionary perspective, it's not necessary to drink milk after weaning (babyhood). Goat's and especially horse's milk are much closer to breast milk and are therefore more suitable if you still want to give milk. Soy milk is also not recommended because soybeans are often genetically modified, and we Westerners don't tolerate them well.
