nauseous

Hi Linda,
I was also feeling nauseous early in my pregnancy and had to vomit quite often.
For me, it started around 2 months and lasted until about 3.5 months.
I don't think there's much you can do about it.
What helped me was eating very regularly, small amounts: some fruit or yogurt worked really well. I did this every 2 hours; otherwise, I'd quickly feel nauseous and very weak.
Some days I was only nauseous in the morning and mid-morning, other days it lasted all day long...
Make sure you drink enough too.

From 4 months onward, it all went away for me, though I still had to make sure to eat at regular intervals.

Take good care of yourself and let yourself be pampered—that helps too!

    Hey Linda,
That yellow substance is "bile"—it tastes awful too!
It's not serious on its own, but being pregnant and with how you described it, I'd still mention it to your gynecologist so you don't get dehydrated!!

I armed myself against nausea right away by drinking ginger tea in the morning and carrying pieces of candied ginger in my bag throughout the day.
As soon as it hit, I could suppress it immediately with that.

Vitamin B complex! And if this doesn't stay down orally, you can get suppositories from your GP. For many women, a vitamin B deficiency is what causes the nausea. Feel better soon!
