Baby is 7 months old and doesn't roll over yet

Hi,
My little girl is now 7 months old, can already sit on her own and roll from her tummy to her back, but she doesn’t roll back yet. She also doesn’t stay lying down for long; she prefers sitting and standing. Any tips?

Keep practicing by placing toys next to her, etc., but I think she's on track! Definitely don't force it, it's only bad for her joints. What we did was sit her down with a nursing pillow around her so she wouldn't really fall over when she couldn't stay upright anymore, but it could also be that we only did that a month (or two) later.

    Hi mom,

come on, it really happens naturally!

Don't look at kids of the same age, I did that too, don't do it! My sister-in-law and her boyfriend have a baby boy who's one month old and already crawling.

Dean is now 10 months old; he can roll over, sit, stand with help, and say "mama" and "papa," but he's not crawling yet.

Still, he entertains himself on the floor while playing.

I'm proud of everything new he learns and everything he can do.

Our little one is almost 6 months old, but still can't roll over on their own. . .
