shall we keep it private then?
because everyone can follow our fun life haha
i don't mind the details so far, but specific things like internships etc i can't say until i mention the internship and then i'll lose it

I totally get what you mean. From the age of 16, I had this feeling like "I want a baby," but no relationship or anything. Still, the desire was so incredibly strong.

Now, since March 2013, I've had a boyfriend, and he's the one. We were only together for two months when we said we wanted a baby. In September, we stopped the pill. We're almost got a house. He has a steady job.

We've had one miscarriage, with lots of sadness!

But I'm chasing after my wish, or rather OUR wish!!

What strength I wish you, Jolanda!
I hope you can get pregnant again soon and that everything will be okay.
What a sadness, really. How far along were you?
  6. x-Jolanda #26

5 weeks! Some say it was still early, but that doesn't make the sadness any less, of course!

    And thank you!

    Hi Jolanda!

Yeah, that's really tough. Having such a wish and no partner to share it with—you can only dream about it without any real prospect.

How old are you, if I may ask?

Oh wow, that all sounds very positive. I hope you'll get the house soon, settle in nicely, and then have good luck and bring some nice news.

It's really sad that you had to go through something like that first. I hope you both can process it a bit together.

    Love,

oh geez, 3x the same message

but yeah if you're hoping for a pregnancy, even 5 weeks makes it hard. but the further along you are and then you lose your baby, that breaks you. I've never experienced it myself, but I can kind of imagine how heavy that is.
at 5 weeks pregnant I was just really surprised and a bit dazed. I did notice some nausea that was new for me...

Some people probably haven't experienced it themselves.
    Whether it's 5 weeks or 3 or 8, it doesn't matter..
Once you know you're pregnant, even if it's still small, you're happy, and then it's always really hard.

Those people don't understand, and you shouldn't listen to them anyway.
No one can decide when or how you grieve for someone!

A year later, it's finally here!
    We're pregnant and overjoyed

Hi! I understand what you mean..
I've also been trying to get pregnant for over half a year now, but it's not happening as quickly as we'd like. #babykriebels Wishing you both all the best xxxx

    Hey Linda!

Good luck and especially have lots of fun with the baby preparations
I already have my 2nd ultrasound on Thursday and this Easter weekend we're going to tell the future uncles, grandpas and grandmas

So exciting, Justme! Glad you're getting to spend the weekend together already. That's a lovely step. Linda, it's good to take some time to relax, really. Sometimes it just takes a bit longer. Keep relaxed and enjoy the process. If it only takes a few months, that's perfectly fine too. I wish you both lots of success and fun with the preparations.
