Robin or Floor? (girl names)

We're really torn between two tough-sounding names for a girl: Robin or Floor.
What do you think?

    I don't like Robin because I really think it's a boyish name. Floor is beautiful, short, and tough!

    I think Robine is feminine and strong! (with an e at the end)

    Floor is fine overall, but I don't like the name as much since it means 'floor' in English. Because of that, I personally wouldn't choose this name, but it really depends on whether it bothers you or not ;-)

    I really think Robin is a terrible name for a girl, sorry.
    And I really think it only suits a boy.
    I think Floor is a really beautiful and lovely name, perfect for a girl. I’d definitely go for Floor.

    I personally find Robin too masculine to give to a girl. I really think it's a boy's name. Floor, on the other hand, is a top name. Really nice

    I think Robine is really beautiful for a girl.
    Pronounced as: Robien or Robiene (Robine van der Meer is also a very beautiful woman)

    yes if you really want the name Robin, Robine is cute for a girl though. But I wouldn't go with Robin, seems weird to me. Robin is really a boy's name, personally. I think Robine is super cute and Floor is nice too. Good luck with your choice. Greetings, Sjorset

    Saw Robin Martens on 'RTL Late Night' recently, she plays 'Rikki' in 'Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden'.
    So it can indeed be a unisex name Never heard it for girls before, and although she carries the name beautifully, I still personally find Robine just a bit more beautiful for a girl, but tastes differ!
    Fortunately, it's different, otherwise we'd all have the same names

    My husband liked Robin for a boy, but I wasn't so keen on it. I'm quite focused on the English-speaking world, and there Robin is just (as far as I know) always a girl's name. So it's indeed a name that could work for both.

    I really think Floor is a thousand times more beautiful for a girl.
    Look, Keesje can also be for a girl or Martijntje they say
    but I still find it boys' names
    and really not nice or beautiful at all for a girl
    no, I personally find Robin for a girl nothing
    I think Floor is nice
