Looking for a nickname combination with a second name for our soon-to-be girl!
With about 8 weeks left, we still haven't settled on names for our daughter and little sister-to-be. Her big brother is named Joah QUINN. Here are some options that are still on the table. The nickname is always in capital letters. Unfiltered criticism, but also new ideas are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance for thinking along.

What a lovely list. Very varied and funny that you really think in combinations!
Of the nicknames, I think Riva is the most beautiful. Feminine, tough, a bit exotic and fits nicely with Quinn.
I find all the other nicknames written down beautiful, but the pronunciation not so much. But I also don't really like the k-sound (a bit cold/hard). (Quinn I think is super though, because of the kw-sound it becomes a bit softer I think).
Just going through the list again:
Rixt: well tough, solid and original, but that kst-sound is a bit too cold (my taste, right?!)
Fauve: very beautiful on paper, but the pronunciation would then be foof I think? 'Foof, let's go eat?' Mwoah.
Chloé: no, not my taste. Too heavy in some way.
Xanthe: beautiful! Would be my number 2 after Riva. But the X makes me hesitate.
Cato: also that k-sound (and the T) that makes it too cold a name for me.

So I would go for Riva Mare or Riva Noëlle. Riva Mare I find a bit watery (river, pond). And I have a weakness for a Christmas baby named Noël or Noëlle.

    Maybe indeed Riva Noelle?

Maybe Danthé is still a bit for you guys?
