Bought cream. Can I use this one?

Hi ladies, I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant now and I've been dealing with breakouts... I bought a face wash and cream from Dr. Van der Hoog over the weekend, but I only just noticed it contains salicylic acid... When I Google it, I come across a pharmacist's site saying you should only use it for a maximum of 2 weeks. But it seems like this is a more concentrated cream? I'm not sure if it's safe to keep using it... What do you all think?

I think Dr. Van der Hoog is pretty safe to use during pregnancy, but just to be sure, you can always show it to your GP or OB-GYN. But... the acne is caused by your hormones, so using an external product doesn't make much difference (unfortunately, I have experience with this). The best thing is to watch your diet and drink plenty of water so you can flush out all the waste products through your urine instead of through your pores (and thus pimples).
Wishing you lots of success, and it will get better, I promise!

I don't think Dr. Van der Hoog can do any harm, and especially not the cream, but I won't pin my hopes on it! !

I'm a beauty therapist, so I don't work with Dr. van der Hoog and I'm not a pregnancy expert.
But even if it were harmful, there's really no harmful amount in a moisturizing cream. What you've read probably refers to the pure active ingredient.
Don't worry, you can use this product without any problems and there's no maximum limit of 2 weeks attached to it.
