What do you think? Is 22 a good age to start having kids, or do you think it's too young?

If you have everything lined up, why not?
I was 21 when I bought a house with my ex-partner, both of us having stable jobs. So why wait if you're both committed to it? I was 22 when I got pregnant and 23 when he was born. Even though things didn't work out between his father and me, I never once regretted it.

I was also 21 when I got pregnant and 22 when I gave birth. She came unexpectedly and didn't have everything financially sorted out, but I managed to make it all work anyway. If you and your partner are ready for it, you should just go for it. Whatever others say. It's your life.

I think 22 is just a fine age. As long as you've got everything in order: so a home and financially everything is good, then I'd just go for it.
I gave birth 3 days before my 21st birthday.
My partner has a permanent job at the military and also works in childcare. We live together too.

I wouldn't let myself be influenced by other people's opinions. It's your life

I would definitely go for it too if you and your partner are ready and have a good foundation It's not guaranteed that it'll happen quickly either. We ourselves stopped the pill in October 2016, when I was just 21. After almost 2.5 years, my husband had a TESE procedure and we went through an ICSI cycle where the first two embryo transfers ended in early miscarriages. Now, finally, I'm pregnant Due on October 10th, so a bit more than 3 years after we decided to go for it (and were ready for it). I'm really glad we didn't want to wait too long to start a family, otherwise our chances might have been lower.

P.S. My husband is 29 and he's really ready too We're married, have a house of our own, and stable jobs

I was 23 weeks pregnant and gave birth at 24 weeks. I had been trying for 1.5 years before I got pregnant with my son. Now I'm 26 years old, and I'm about to give birth to my second child.

I just turned 23 and am 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby. In my family, everyone becomes a mom pretty young—20-25 years old for their first child. You should do what feels right for you. Everyone is different. Some are ready sooner than others. I wish you lots of luck with getting pregnant and hope you'll have a beautiful pregnancy!

I wasn't ready to be a mom at 22. I'd never had a serious relationship before and I really enjoyed my freedom. I met my boyfriend when I was 24, and after two years together I felt ready to start a family. We waited another year to save up a bit, I had just changed jobs, and we also wanted to enjoy each other's company a bit more.

Now I'm 16 weeks pregnant and 27 years old. I'll be just turning 28 when I give birth, which feels ideal for me.

My sister, on the other hand, became a mom at 21.

Everyone is different, and you really should just listen to your own feelings rather than what others say. Just make sure your relationship is stable enough and that you can handle the finances. Then everything will work out !

    Good luck!
