I've already been to the bathroom 5 or 6 times today, but I've only had 3 cups of coffee and 2 glasses of soda. It just feels like I'm constantly losing something.
Could it be that I'm still pregnant and only just now had implantation? -

Ah, check your intestines; that might be where the cramps and stuff are coming from! Coffee and nerves have a laxative effect, so that explains the frequent urination. And if you're due for your period in 2 weeks, you probably ovulated around now. Well, "around now," because I turned out to have ovulated a week earlier. But that also means your last ovulation was about four weeks ago, and implantation happens 4-7 days after that, so that seems a bit unlikely to me. A zygote can't survive for three weeks.
But given all your uncertainty, it won't hurt to do a few more home tests and tell your doctor everything that's been bothering you. -

I feel so stupid for letting those symptoms get to me like this. If I had been pregnant, I’d have had a positive test by now, right after my missed period, I think. Three weeks does seem like a really long time, haha. By the way, I’ve only been taking the pill since last week. I always take it very carefully.

There's a thickening on my cervix, and I'm seeing orange/pink mucus when I wipe more. Is this normal? Maybe I didn't just imagine losing blood after all. -

Went to the doctor this afternoon, curious to see what they say. I've also been experiencing heartburn after drinking coffee for the past few days. -

Hope it brings you some clarity, girl! I'm also running out of explanations for this; it sounds so unfamiliar. Good luck! -

Hi,
I went to the doctor. Everything was fine. I had to pee in a cup and the test was negative, no bladder infection either. But he said I need to submit a urine sample tomorrow morning so they can maybe see better if I have a bladder infection. I also need to take my temperature tonight. Tomorrow they'll also do a blood prick to check if I'm pregnant.
From when on can hcg be detected in the blood? -

From the first day you'd normally be due for your period. In your case, that's either a week from now or three weeks ago. And in the latter case, you should be bursting with hCG by now...! -

So in the first case, if implantation happened last time, it’s still pointless to test now. I thought that if you have symptoms, the hcg hormone should also be in your body. Sorry, I don’t really understand much about this. And I’m getting so unsure because of all these symptoms. For two days now I’ve had headaches, acid reflux, frequent urination, then feeling cold and then warm again. And I’m really tired. -

Just finished working out. While I was running on the treadmill, I got this nagging pain on the left side, down low near the pubic area. It's still bothering me a little bit now and then. -

I was too late calling this morning for the blood test results, so I still don't know anything. At least the urine test shows it's not a bladder infection.
I'm curious what it could be then. I even had to get up twice last night to pee. Normally I only go 3 or 4 times a day, but now I'm already at 10 times. -

I can understand why you're feeling so discouraged. Indeed, pregnancy symptoms only start once the hormone becomes active, so testing has absolutely no point.
But also consider that with a common cold, you get hot and cold flashes, headaches, feel nauseous, have muscle pain all over, vomit, feel dizzy, tired, grumpy, and all that... and you mentioned you've been having trouble with your bowels...
You seem really afraid of getting pregnant, so I guess you're keeping a very close eye on the pill and using other methods too. You're being sensible, it seems really unlikely that something would go "wrong" then! -

Yeah, it's so frustrating. I wouldn't mind being pregnant, but it's still too early for that since my partner and I haven't been together very long.
The bleeding was good, and the hCG hormone was less than five. She's going to consult with her GP about what to do next or whether I should wait for my period again.
