But then it's really simple, right? As soon as the stores are open again, you grab a test from Kruidvat and then just pee on it. If you were supposed to have gotten your period ages ago, this will definitely give you a clear answer! Good luck!
And indeed, your body is a weird thing; it can really play tricks on you. Nothing is certain until you take a test.

So I did have some bleeding since Friday, but not a lot. I also took a test 2 weeks ago and it was negative.

It was probably way too early two weeks ago. Maybe you've had some stress lately, or been a bit under the weather? That can also mess with your cycle/period. This little bit of blood could also be from implantation... If a new test is negative again tomorrow (or today, if the shops were open), then your body was just a bit off. No panic yet! Stay calm!

Yeah, I did have some stress and felt a bit flu-like, but that’s never affected my cycle before. I thought the chance was pretty slim since I’m on the pill and also use a condom. I did have loose stools for a few days, but not really diarrhea. Most of the time I’m losing dark/brown blood now.

This morning I had fluid coming from my nipple. I called the GP and need to go in this afternoon.

Always better! That way you get a clear answer right away. Good luck!

The test was negative. He couldn't explain the symptoms, saying it could be due to the pill sometimes causing irregular periods. I asked if it could be implantation bleeding, but he wasn't familiar with that term. If I still have symptoms, I need to come back in a few weeks for another test, including a blood test. He mentioned once testing a girl who had a negative urine test, but she came back later and turned out to be 7 months pregnant.

Such a competent doctor... just Google implantation bleeding. Not that I'm an expert, but I think your body is a bit confused, indeed. I've also had months where I barely bled and the next month I thought I was bleeding to death. It'll be fine!

I've googled it a few times already. It did seem weird that the doctor had never heard of it before. I haven't bled at all since this morning. There's still some fluid coming out of my nipple when I press it. The doctor didn't examine me either. I've had discharge from my nipples before; this was due to medication. I was producing prolactine then. But I've been off those meds for months now, and my levels were normal a month ago too.

    Thanks Rinske for always responding!

My right breast also hurts since this morning, around the nipple area.

    No problem!
That fluid is indeed a bit strange, maybe a after-effect (haha) of the medication. Just make sure you're not looking for something behind every little cramp, okay.. You can get worried about nothing and then you'll just have even more stress. And more strange symptoms. Apparently your body reacts quickly to stress and other emotions.
I fear for you that it will be a wait-and-see situation until a few weeks from now and then possibly back to the (or another) doctor. Maybe it will be normal by then! I understand, by the way, that it's not intended for you to get pregnant?
  12. hoi Guest #13

Yeah, that's right. I might start looking into it everywhere now, but my body is acting weird haha. I've never had such a short period in all the years I've been on the pill. I'll wait for my next period to see if it's normal again. It's definitely not my intention to get pregnant.

Can you also get lumps on your lower belly as a symptom?
  14. Rinske started this #15

I think it's only due to scratching from a growing (and itchy) belly, so wait until about five or six months. I do read about allergies to skin oil and such, but you only use that when you have a dry, itchy belly anyway.
This sounds like something completely different from a pregnancy... Next time at the doctor, demand a test, okay!

Just came from the toilet, lost a drop of blood, don't know where from, I don't have any wound anywhere.
  16. hoi Guest #17

Last night I went to the toilet 5 times and still have some pressure low in my belly. Had pretty bad stomach pain, kind of like period cramps low in the belly and around the navel. It all feels weird.

Oh my, girl, it just keeps on going on, doesn't it? I hope it either goes away quickly or that you get clarity on what it is. It could also be an infection of something... Maybe you should go back to the doctor sooner rather than later!
  18. hoi Guest #19

Yeah, I don't know what it is. I also thought that drop of blood was weird. I'm due for my period in about 2 weeks, and I've been having occasional nausea and feeling really tired.
I don't mind going to the doctor right away—maybe it's my intestines. I do have spasmodic colitis, after all.

They tested for a urinary tract infection a while ago, and the blood test results were also good last month.
